Second-degree illegal manufacture of methamphetamine: Includes the third-degree crime listed above with the addition of performing the manufacturing in the presence of someone under the age of 16 (as long as the accused is at least 5 years older than the person under 16) or has a previous conviction within the past 5 years related to manufacturing, possession of precursors or unlawful disposal of methamphetamine laboratory material.
First-degree illegal manufacture of methamphetamine: Includes the second-degree crime listed, as well as certain previous drug-related convictions. This crime is a class B felony.
